"Good..." It was only a breathed sound of encouragement. Pike slid a ball to rest against either of Spock's hands, then palmed one. He started to heat it up, right before Spock's eyes. "You will watch every moment, and you will not turn away." He set the edge of the hole against skin, nested it completely, and watched the skin start to be drawn upwards.
