He was extremely glad that he had managed to get that gag reflex under control, as now it seemed he had no choice. With his hands on Pike's hips, he tried to meditate some of the aggression being shoved into his mouth, but the efforts were half-hearted. His biggest concern was keeping the teeth out of the way--he didn't want to get punished for that (what? where had this come from?), and the sooner the other came--into his mouth, into his throat, he didn't care--the less he would have to worry.
