Spock was breathing hard through his nose, eyes closed in concentration. He didn't have any idea to why Pike was lifting his hand, could only guess at his intentions. When he felt those teeth on the skin of his finger, he surprised himself with his moan, and immediately hated himself for it. Pike knew it would happen. He probably had been working up to it, waiting until his cock was all the way down Spock's throat before doing it, just to feel it right through.
He still tried to maneuver his hand away from Pike's grip. Spock could jerk it back, sure, but that had its own dangerous, implicit risks.
