Pike was definitely pleased by how Spock chose to serve him.
It felt particularly good to simply let himself grow hard in Spock's mouth, surrounded by that impossible heat. For the moment, he was not up to anything more then slow movements, not really wanting to do anything beyond that anyway. The idea of remaining here for too long of a period of time more then necessary was incredibly displeasing. However long it took for his body to recover from its shock and for them to leave, though, he could handle.
