Bones almost stopped Nyota when she reached out and touched Pike, but the other man did seem to respond positively to her - well, at least he calmed down a bit, stopped pulling at his bio restraints. Giving her a look, he decided to follow her lead.
"Captain, I can give you something that will relieve your pain, take the edge off," Bones looked down at the frustrated patient, as professionally as he could muster, "but if you'd rather be unconscious I can do that as well. I won't put you under without your permission, as long as you don't fight us."
