Interesting. Spock returned the nod. The man was waiting for him to speak. He looked rather like the Admiral Pike currently enjoying shore leave, of course. Yet there was something rather more of a predatory intelligence about him. The Captain Kirk of the same universe had been much less able to attain any semblance of... blending in.
